Clear permission, responsible use

Rumi Color Page Licensing Policy

This policy explains what you may do with our coloring resources, what requires written permission, and what uses are not allowed.

Last updated: September 11, 2026

Personal Use

Download, print, and color pages for yourself or your family.

Direct Classroom Use

Teachers may print reasonable copies for students they directly teach.

Commercial Use

Resale, products, redistribution, and business use require written permission.

1. Scope of This Policy

This Licensing Policy applies to original coloring pages, line art, printable files, previews, colored examples, online-coloring resources, text, and other downloadable or visual materials published by Rumi Color Page at rumicolorpage.com (collectively, “Rumi Resources”).

Rumi Resources may be supplied in formats including PDF, PNG, WEBP, and SVG, or through an online coloring tool. The same licence rules apply regardless of the file format or method of access unless a particular resource clearly states different terms.

This is a limited-use licence—not a transfer of copyright, a Creative Commons licence, or a public-domain dedication.

2. Ownership and Reserved Rights

Rumi Color Page owns or is authorized to use the Rumi Resources made available under this policy. Original artwork, line art, files, previews, text, branding, and layouts are protected by applicable copyright and other intellectual-property laws.

Downloading, printing, coloring, editing, converting, or adding to a Rumi Resource does not transfer ownership of the underlying artwork or file. All rights not expressly granted in this policy remain reserved by Rumi Color Page.

A resource-specific notice may grant narrower or broader permission. If it conflicts with this general policy, the resource-specific notice controls for that resource.

3. Personal and Family Use

Subject to this policy, Rumi Color Page grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to:

  • View and color a resource online for personal enjoyment;
  • Download a resource to your own device;
  • Print reasonable copies for yourself or members of your household;
  • Color a printed or digital copy for personal, non-commercial use; and
  • Display completed colored work privately in your home.

No fee is charged for the ordinary permissions above. “Free” means free for the permitted uses stated here; it does not mean copyright-free, unrestricted, or free for resale.

4. Classroom and Non-Commercial Educational Use

Teachers, tutors, librarians, caregivers, and non-commercial community educators may print a reasonable number of copies for students or participants they directly teach or supervise in one class, household, library session, or small-group activity.

Educational use allows you to:

  • Hand out printed copies during a directly supervised lesson or activity;
  • Display students’ completed colored work in the classroom, library, or activity space;
  • Use a page as part of a free, non-commercial learning or recreation session; and
  • Send students or families a link to the original resource page on our website.

Educational use does not allow you to:

  • Upload the blank file to a public website, social-media group, shared drive, resource marketplace, or unrestricted learning platform;
  • Sell access, include the file in a paid course or subscription, or charge specifically for the resource;
  • Build or distribute a downloadable collection of Rumi Resources; or
  • Share the source file across an entire school, district, company, franchise, or organization beyond people you directly teach or supervise.

For wider institutional use, contact us before copying or distribution.

5. Sharing Completed Colored Work

You may share a photograph or flattened image of a genuinely completed page that you or a child under your supervision has colored, provided that:

  • The shared version contains meaningful original coloring rather than only minor changes to the blank artwork;
  • You do not provide or link to the blank source file outside Rumi Color Page;
  • The post is not used to sell the artwork, a product, a download, a service, or access to a collection;
  • You do not claim ownership of the underlying line art; and
  • Public online sharing includes reasonable credit to “Rumi Color Page” and, where the platform permits, a link to the original page or rumicolorpage.com.

You are responsible for protecting children’s privacy. Do not publish a child’s full name, contact details, school information, identifiable documents, or other sensitive information with the artwork.

6. Uses That Are Not Allowed

Unless Rumi Color Page gives you specific written permission, you may not:

Sales and products

  • Sell or license blank or colored resources;
  • Use them on books, worksheets, posters, apparel, mugs, merchandise, print-on-demand products, NFTs, or paid downloads;
  • Include them in paid memberships, courses, apps, bundles, or subscription libraries.

Redistribution

  • Re-upload source files to websites, social networks, marketplaces, cloud drives, forums, or file-sharing services;
  • Email or distribute blank files beyond permitted household or direct classroom use;
  • Mirror, archive, or republish a substantial part of our library.

Derivatives and branding

  • Make minor edits, remove identifiers, trace, recolor, crop, convert, or add text and then claim or distribute the result as your own;
  • Use Rumi Resources as a logo, trademark, brand identity, stock asset, clip art, or design template;
  • Falsely imply sponsorship, partnership, or endorsement.

Automation and datasets

  • Scrape or bulk-download our resource library;
  • Use files to train, fine-tune, test, benchmark, or build an artificial-intelligence or machine-learning dataset or model;
  • Use automated systems to reproduce or generate competing collections based on our resources.

Linking is better than copying: You may share a normal link to the original resource page so visitors can access the current file, instructions, and licence information directly from Rumi Color Page.

7. Commercial, Organizational, and Special Permission

No commercial licence is automatically granted through this website. Commercial use includes use connected with sales, paid services, client work, advertising, monetized downloads, product packaging, fundraising products, paid events, business promotion, or any activity intended to produce direct or indirect financial benefit.

Schools, publishers, businesses, therapists, activity providers, charities, nonprofits, creators, and other organizations should request written permission if their intended use exceeds the direct non-commercial classroom permission described above.

To request permission, email info@rumicolorpage.com with:

  • The exact resource URL or title;
  • Who will use it and for what purpose;
  • The number of copies, users, products, or locations;
  • Whether money, advertising, sponsorship, or fundraising is involved;
  • Where and how the resource will be distributed or displayed; and
  • The requested duration and territory.

A request is not approved unless you receive explicit written permission from Rumi Color Page. Silence, a social-media response, access to a download, or prior informal use does not grant a commercial licence.

8. Attribution and Linking

Attribution is not required for private household use or printed copies used in a directly supervised, non-commercial classroom activity. Do not remove an existing copyright notice, website address, credit, or other rights information from a resource.

For permitted public sharing of completed colored work, credit should read:

Attribution does not expand the licence. Giving credit does not make an otherwise prohibited commercial, redistribution, template, dataset, or resale use acceptable.

9. Third-Party Material and No Implied Affiliation

This policy licenses only material that Rumi Color Page owns or is authorized to license. It does not grant rights in third-party trademarks, brand names, external advertisements, linked websites, fonts, software, or services.

General themes involving animals, occupations, objects, places, traditions, or educational topics do not imply endorsement or affiliation with an unrelated organization. If a page contains a separate rights notice, follow that notice.

If you believe a resource infringes rights you own or are authorized to represent, email info@rumicolorpage.com with the page URL, identification of the protected work, your relationship to the rights owner, contact information, and a clear explanation of the concern. We will review credible reports and take appropriate action.

10. Licence Duration, Termination, and Enforcement

The licence granted by this policy continues only while you comply with its terms. It ends automatically if you breach the policy. After termination, you must stop the unauthorized use and remove unlawfully distributed copies under your control.

We may request correction, attribution, removal, platform takedown, payment for unauthorized commercial use, or other remedies available under applicable law. A delay in enforcement does not waive our rights.

If you are unsure whether a planned use is allowed, ask before using the resource. Written permission is safer than assuming that “free” means unrestricted.

11. Updates and Related Policies

We may update this Licensing Policy when our resources, formats, permissions, business model, or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date at the top identifies the latest revision. Changes apply to later use and downloads, subject to rights that applicable law does not allow us to limit.

This policy should be read with our Terms and Conditions, Disclaimer, and Privacy Policy. The Terms govern general site use; this policy governs permission to use Rumi Resources.
