Rumi Color Page Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, which services may receive it, and the choices available to you.

Last updated: September 11, 2026

1. Who We Are and What This Policy Covers

Rumi Color Page (“Rumi Color Page,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates rumicolorpage.com. The site provides printable and online coloring resources for parents, teachers, families, and other visitors.

This Privacy Policy applies to information processed when you browse our website, use its features, contact us, request a coloring page, or interact with services and advertising available through the site.

Accessing our coloring pages does not require you to create an account, join a mailing list, or provide contact information.

2. Information We Collect

Information you choose to provide

When you use our Contact Us form, email us, or message us on WhatsApp, you may provide:

  • Your name and email address;
  • An optional WhatsApp or telephone number;
  • Your reason for contacting us;
  • A requested coloring-page theme or intended age group;
  • Your message, feedback, licensing question, or problem report; and
  • Any other information you voluntarily include.
Please do not send passwords, payment details, government identification numbers, health information, or other sensitive personal information.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the site, our hosting, security, content-management, and related technical services may automatically process limited technical information. This can include your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, approximate time of access, cookie identifiers, and diagnostic or security logs.

We do not use automatically collected information to identify you by name unless it is reasonably necessary to protect the site, investigate misuse, comply with law, or connect it with information you voluntarily provide.

3. How and Why We Use Information

We process information only for legitimate website and communication purposes, including to:

  • Respond to questions, feedback, requests, and licensing inquiries;
  • Investigate and fix broken downloads, printing problems, or technical errors;
  • Consider coloring-page suggestions and understand age-appropriate requests;
  • Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the website;
  • Prevent spam, fraud, abuse, or unauthorized activity;
  • Understand general site usage and performance; and
  • Comply with applicable legal obligations and enforce our policies.

Legal grounds where applicable

Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on your consent, our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the website, steps taken at your request, and compliance with legal obligations, as appropriate. You may withdraw consent where consent is the basis, although this does not affect earlier lawful processing.

4. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Cookies are small files stored on your device. Our website and approved service providers may use cookies, local storage, pixels, web beacons, IP-based signals, or similar technologies for essential operation, preferences, security, measurement, and—if advertising is enabled—ad delivery and personalization where permitted.

Some cookies are necessary for the website to function. Non-essential analytics or advertising technologies should be used according to applicable consent requirements. Your browser may allow you to block or delete cookies, but doing so can affect some website features.

Consent choices: Where required, visitors will be shown a consent notice that allows them to accept, reject, or manage non-essential cookies. A Privacy Policy does not replace a required consent banner.

5. Google AdSense and Advertising

We may display advertising through Google AdSense or other approved advertising partners. This section applies when such advertising is active on the site.

  • Third-party vendors, including Google, may place and read cookies on your browser or use web beacons, IP addresses, and similar technologies to serve, limit, personalize, and measure advertising.
  • Google’s use of advertising cookies enables Google and its partners to serve ads based on your visits to Rumi Color Page and/or other websites, where permitted.
  • You can manage or opt out of personalized Google advertising through Google Ads Settings (opens in a new tab).
  • You can learn how Google processes data when you use partner sites through Google’s Business Data Responsibility information (opens in a new tab).

If additional advertising vendors are enabled, their identities and available privacy choices will be disclosed through the site’s consent platform or an updated version of this policy.

Advertising is intended to remain visually separate from our coloring content and download controls. We do not intentionally design ads to look like navigation or download buttons.

6. Service Providers and External Services

We may share or allow access to limited information with service providers only when reasonably necessary to operate the website, deliver communications, maintain security, or provide advertising. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.

FormSubmit

Our contact form uses FormSubmit to transmit form submissions to authorized Rumi Color Page email inboxes. Information entered in the form is therefore processed through FormSubmit and email-service infrastructure before we receive it.

WhatsApp

If you contact us through WhatsApp, your telephone number, profile information, message content, and related metadata are processed by WhatsApp/Meta according to their policies. Using WhatsApp is optional; you may email us or use the contact form instead.

Social networks and external links

Our website links to external profiles and websites, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Clicking an external link takes you to a service we do not control. Its own privacy policy governs the information it processes.

Hosting, security, and website infrastructure

Our hosting and technical providers may process server logs, IP addresses, and diagnostic information to deliver pages, prevent attacks, identify errors, and keep the website available.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect legal rights and safety, to investigate misuse, or as part of a legitimate business reorganization. We do not sell contact-form submissions for money.

7. Children’s Privacy

Rumi Color Page offers coloring resources that children may enjoy, but our contact form and communication channels are intended for parents, legal guardians, teachers, and other adults. Children should not submit their names, email addresses, telephone numbers, photographs, or other personal information.

We do not knowingly request or collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information without appropriate parental involvement, email info@rumicolorpage.com. We will review the request and delete the information when required.

Parents and teachers: Please contact us on a child’s behalf when requesting a coloring page or reporting a problem.

8. Data Retention, Security, and International Processing

Retention

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including responding to a request, maintaining appropriate communication records, resolving disputes, protecting the site, and meeting legal obligations. Retention periods can vary depending on the nature of the request and applicable requirements.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect personal information. However, no website, email service, messaging platform, or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

International processing

Our website and service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Those countries may have different data-protection laws. Where required, service providers and we use appropriate measures for international transfers.

9. Your Privacy Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live and subject to legal exceptions, you may have the right to:

  • Ask whether we process your personal information;
  • Request access to or a copy of your information;
  • Ask us to correct inaccurate information;
  • Request deletion or restriction of certain information;
  • Object to certain processing or withdraw consent;
  • Request portability where applicable; and
  • Complain to an appropriate data-protection authority.

To make a request, email info@rumicolorpage.com and describe what you need. We may request limited information to verify your identity and protect information from unauthorized disclosure.

You can also control cookies through your browser and, where available, the site’s consent settings. Advertising preferences can be managed through the links in the advertising section above.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our website, service providers, advertising setup, or legal obligations change. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when this policy was most recently revised. Material changes may also be highlighted on the website where appropriate.

Please review this page periodically. Continuing to use the website after an update means the revised policy applies to later use, subject to any consent rights required by law.
